Justin Bieber, the 25-year-old singer who made it big after his release of “Baby” in 2010, took to social media to talk about his drug use and mental illness, and we’re still talking about it. In his post, he talked about his struggles, saying he abused “heavy drugs”. Trying to juggle school and a social life seems hard enough; adding fame to that formula at such a young age seems like a recipe for disaster. Bieber’s friends have supported him through this time of vulnerability, according to People. Ed Sheeren, Miley Cyrus (a fellow child-star), Khloe Kardashian, and Noah Cyrus (to name a few) have all told him how proud they are. Like Bieber, many child-stars (Demi Lovato, Drew Berrymore, Amanda Bynes, and Lindsey Lohan to name a few) have admitted that the pressures of fame at a young age were too much for them, and who can blame them? Bieber also says in his post that he had “abused” his past relationships as a result of his lost childhood, pressures, and drug use.
